Se adauga jumatate din cantitatea de smantana si se reduce din nou cantitatea la jumatate. Cand este gata se da intreaga compozitie prin blender si se condimenteaza cu piper, sare si 1 lingurita de ulei de trufe

  4. Puneti pe foc un vas, lasati-l sa se incinga, apoi adaugati o canitate suficienta de ulei. Lasati uleiul sa se incalzeasca, iar cand a inceput sa sfaraie adaugati ceapa verde tocata marunt anterior. Caliti ceapa la foc potrivit spre mic, amestecand din cand in cand pentru a evita arderea ei. Ceapa arsa va strica atat gustul, cat si textura preparatului final, asadar va recomandam sa acordati atentie preparatului la acest pas. Daca observati ca ceapa are tendinta de a capata o culoare maronie, reduceti focul la minim, amestecati in continuu, iar daca este cazul indepartati vasul de pe foc, pentru a-i permite uleiului sa isi reduca temperatura. Cand ceapa a capatat o culoarea aurie si a devenit sticloasa, adaugati rosiile in bulion, pasate bine in prealabil. Condimentati cu sare si piper dupa gust. Pastrati compozitia pe foc pana capata consistenta unui sos, apoi opriti focul si presarati patrunjelul spalati si tocat marunt pana la codite anterior. Amestecati pana la omgenizare
  5. Distribuiti calamarii pe farfurii intinse in portii egale, stropiti-i cu sosul pregatit asa cum v-am descris anterior
  6. Serviti preparatul de indata ce este gata, fiind mult mai gustos cald decat rece.

  3. Bateti ouale bine cu un praf de sare
  4. Pregatiti doua farfurii, puneti intr-una pesmetul, iar in cealalta faina
  5. Puneti pe foc o tigaie cu o cantitate suficienta de ulei si asteptati ca acesta sa se incinga
  6. Treceti feliile de calamar prin faina, apoi prin ou si la final prin pesmet, repetati procesul pentru fiecare feliuta de calamar, apoi puneti-le la prajit in uleiul incins. Prajiti-le pe ambele parti pana se rumenesc bine, apoi scoateti-le pe o hartie absorbanta pentru a indeparta excesul de ulei. Asezati calamarii pe un platou si pastrati-i la cald pana ce pregatiti sosul
  7. Curatati usturoiul, apoi pisati-l cu un praf de sare
  8. Amestecati iaurtul cu usturoiul pisat. Condimentati sosul obtinut cu sare si piper dupa gust

Amestecati si caliti pentru 3-4 minute.

Framantati din nou aluatul si impartiti-l in 10 bilute. Intindeti-l in foi rotunde cu un diametru de aproximativ 12-13 cm. Taiati foaia in jumatate, formati un con lipind marginile cu un pic de apa.

Umpleti conul cu 2 linguri si jumatate de amestec. Lipiti varfurile conului cu putina apa.

Incalziti uleiul la flacara medie (puteti folosi un wok). Cand uleiul s-a incins, scufundati in baia de ulei cateva samosa (cate incap) pana devin aurii si crocante.

Scurgeti uleiul si serviti-le calde.

Samosa cu cartofi este o delicioasa mancare cu cartofi de post, ce se serveste calda.


Cartofi cu ceapă la cuptor

Cartofii curăţaţi de coajă şi bine spălaţi, se usucă cu ajutorul unor prosoape de hârtie.

Apoi cartofii se taie în felii potrivit de mari.

Usturoiul se taie şi el mărunt.

Ceapa şi usturoiul se pun într-un castron, se adaugă condimentele şi se amestecă.

Amestecul rezultat se pune peste cartofii tăiaţi.

Se pun într-o tavă tapetată cu hârtie de copt.

Se bagă în cuptorul preîncălzit la 220 grade timp de 40 de minute.

Se servesc ca atare sau ca garnitură pentru orice tip de friptură, alături de o salată.
