Wholemeal spaghetti with cream cheese with Delaco sour cream - Recipes

Cream cheese with sour cream, powdered milk and water. A recipe for children, from Delaco

After months of good communication, with messages and promotional campaigns for children, the Delaco company also comes with a brand dedicated to small consumers. Delaco Toni Junior thus confirms the change of strategy, the challenge assumed by Delaco not being an easy one at all. The development of products for children involves not only increased attention in choosing ingredients but also demanding in establishing recipes. Quality comes to the fore, being by far the criterion by which any responsible company must be guided. However, it is not an easy challenge, the strategy being a long-term one, often without immediate effects on profitability.

The launch of the Delaco Toni Junior distributor brand brings a first article to the Romanian consumer. A cream cheese produced, in the characteristic Delaco style, outside the country's borders. More precisely in the Czech Republic, Delaco thus once again assuming only the role of distributor. At first glance, the article attracts, the packaging being brightly colored, full of messages for children. On the other hand, the recipe chosen by Delaco does not impress. On the contrary. The product contains cheap ingredients, such as skimmed milk powder or water. Although it is not mentioned on the package, a simple calculation places the percentage of water between 11-15%. Enough to provide Delaco with not only an additional profit margin but also a room for maneuver in negotiating with international retail chains. But why should children contribute to Delaco's profit?

Heart failure, hypertension - 170 recipes

Diet recipes for heart failure, hypertension - diet for cardiovascular disease.

Into the heart failure, dietary treatment aims to provide the patient with a minimum of necessary calories, without loading the circulation, to combat acidosis suffered by decompensated heart and to avoid the formation of edema, promoting diuresis, by mobilizing fluids retained in the body. Therefore, at a low caloric ratio, few liquids will be given and especially the consumption of salt will be restricted. Vegetable foods will be recommended daily to patients, for their richness in basic radicals with an alkalizing role. It has been calculated that a ten-day diet of vegetable raw materials significantly increases the alkaline reserve. In addition, plant foods contain potassium salts, which have a diuretic effect. The form in which these foods are given to heart patients is not indifferent. Being rich in cellulose, vegetables and fruits will be finely grated, in the form of juices or boiled and mashed. In the latter case we will take care to boil them in a small volume of liquid, which will be given to the patient during the day, as a drink or in culinary preparations, so as not to lose the mineral salts, which, being soluble, pass into boiling water. Through the indicated culinary maneuvers, cellulose becomes more digestible, thus avoiding the accentuation of the abdominal bloating that the cardiacs generally suffer from and that can hinder the labor of the heart. Protein and fat are given in moderation. The former have a high specific dynamic action, which must be taken into account in cardiac patients with already increased basal metabolism. Fats are difficult to digest and, given in excess, tend to be deposited, increasing the weight of the heart patient, which is not desirable.
Into the high blood pressure the same is indicated diet. Reducing circulating volume through a low-calorie, low-salt, low-fluid diet has a beneficial effect on blood pressure. As hypertension paves the way for atherosclerosis, we will reduce the consumption of foods that are too fatty or high in cholesterol, such as yolk, brain, viscera in general and excess fat. Vegetable, corn and sunflower seed oils are preferred. We draw particular attention to the fact that the diet is generally calculated at 2,500 calories, in order to avoid fattening of the sick. This is an indispensable condition for the success of treatment, both in heart disease and in hypertension. In order to lose weight to a subnormal figure, it is recommended to introduce days of rice, fruits and vegetables, during which time the patient will take nothing but the foods mentioned, in limited quantities and in the form of five to six meals within 24 days. hours. In the case of the coexistence of obesity with a cardiovascular disease, weight loss treatment is mandatory. Fruit days are also recommended each week.

Xandrinne and her culinary deeds

A wonderful roll, fluffy, light, tasty, which I have never prepared before, but which I really liked !! And because on the eve of Christmas my friends from SunFood took the face of Santa Claus and sent me a package with everything, I decided to I participate with this recipe in the Masterchef contest at my home with Sun Food, on the Laura Adamache Culinary Recipes blog.
Happy birthday, Sun Food, for the 8 years old !!
I took the recipe from Adriana's delicious blog, which I thank for inspiration!

Necessary ingredients:
For the sheet: 450 g frozen spinach (1 bag),
5 eggs,
10 tablespoons flour,
1/2 teaspoon salt.

For the cream: 200 g of natural cheese cream (I used Delaco),
200 g telemea,
60 g of sheep cheese (cottage cheese with salt for the winter),
1 can of Sun Food corn.

First prepare the roll sheet: drain the spinach, in a sieve (it must be very well drained) mix eggs with salt, until it doubles in volume and light in color. Add the flour and incorporate it into the egg foam, then add the drained spinach and mix carefully.

Wallpaper a tray (40/30) with baking paper and pour the prepared composition evenly. Bake, in the preheated oven, at 180 degrees, 15-20 minutes, prick the top with a toothpick, if it is baked, the toothpick will come out clean.

Remove the tray from the oven, wait 1 minute and then roll the top with the sheet on which it was baked. Let it cool.

Grate the telemeau on the grater with small meshes, as well as the sheep's cheese, mix the two together with the cream cheese, until we obtain a fine cream. I also put a spoonful of sour cream, which was very tasty and I couldn't help myself :)
Incorporate in the cream the corn grains (according to taste), well drained. With the obtained cream we fill the roll sheet. Roll carefully, wrap the roll in plastic wrap and transfer it to the refrigerator. We cut it after it has been cold for at least 3 hours.
