  • back lamb legs 2 pieces,
  • garlic 2 heads,
  • smoked bacon approx. 50 g,
  • olive oil,
  • semi-dry white wine 300-400 ml,
  • lemon 2 pieces,
  • iodized salt,
  • freshly ground pepper,
  • mix of Provencal herbs (rosemary, tarragon, thyme, asparagus, marjoram, lavender), you can find them at LIDL;),
  • mix of broccoli, cauliflower, carrots.

Preparation time: over 120 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Aromatic lamb legs:

The lamb is washed, pricked from place to place, and a piece of bacon or garlic is put in the sting. Rub with a little salt, pepper, Provencal herbs and put in a mixture (stain) of wine, olive oil and lemon juice. Cut the other lemon into rounds and place over the meat. Cover and leave to cool, possibly refrigerate, in the evening, until morning. The next day it is put in the oven, preheated, approx. 25 minutes uncovered to catch color, then cover and fry for approx. 35 minutes on medium heat, turning occasionally, steak. Towards the end, add the mixture of broccoli, cauliflower and carrot, leaving it for another 15 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked. It is served as such or with a vegetable garnish, bread dumplings, mashed potatoes, seasonal salad, etc.
