For the preparation I used the bread machine. Put the ingredients in the following order: milk, water, melted and cooled margarine, flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Select the kneading program. After the end of the program, it is allowed to increase a little, about half an hour.
The dough is turned over on a floured worktop and divided into three pieces of which three rolls are made. They join at one end and intertwine.
Place the bread in a cake pan lined with baking paper and let it rise.
Meanwhile, beat an egg with two tablespoons of milk, a mixture with which the bread is greased before putting it in the oven. Bake on the right heat for about an hour. It is very fluffy and tasty.
