Mix the egg whites with a pinch of salt.

Add the sugar and vanilla sugar and continue mixing until the sugar melts.

Add the yolks, milk and oil and mix after each one.

Mix the flour with the pudding powder and the baking powder and incorporate it into the mixture with a spatula slightly from the bottom up.

Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.

The guguluf form is lined with butter and sprinkled with flour.

Pour 1/3 of the dough, put a row of pear slices, another 1/3 of the dough, another row of pear slices and the rest of the dough.

Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

The toothpick is tested.

Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 10 minutes and remove from the pan and allow to cool.

Melt the chocolate with the butter and pour it over the guguluf, letting it flow on the edges as well.

Allow the chocolate to harden and slice.
