We prepare three worktops in turn, each of three beaten egg whites, three tablespoons of sugar, three tablespoons of flour and three egg yolks mixed with baking powder.

After we finish baking the tops, melt a cup of sugar until we get a dense and homogeneous syrup.

Put two countertops on different trays, then quickly pour the caramelized sugar over them, spread it evenly and leave to cool to harden.

For the cream, boil 400 ml of milk mixed with an egg yolk. After it starts to boil, add 1 cup of sugar, the vanilla sugar sachets and mix continuously.

Separately prepare 100 ml of milk with 6 tablespoons of flour, mix them and add them to the boiling cream.

When the cream has cooled, add the margarine rubbed with orange peel.

We start to assemble the cake as follows: first we put a caramel top, cream on top of it, then the other caramel top and again cream, on top we will arrange the last top, over which we will put a little cream, if we still have whipped cream.

We powder with cocoa, and make shapes with a fork.
