I prepared the sheets first.
I mixed the yolks with the sugar and a pinch of salt. I gradually put 3-4 tablespoons of milk to make the sugar dissolve more easily.
In the remaining milk I extinguished the baking powder, then I added it over the eggs.
I also put the oil and flour.
Add flour until you get a homogeneous composition, but not very hard.
I covered the shell with foil and left it in the fridge for half an hour.
Then I divided it into 4 pieces and baked 4 sheets on the back of the tray.
I spread each sheet on baking paper, cut to the size of the tray. This made it easier to handle and I could overlap them when I took them out of the oven.
I baked them at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes. I let them cool and in the meantime I prepared the creams.
I cleaned the strawberries, cut them and left them with sugar until a syrup formed, then I put them to boil over low heat.
After the composition decreased and thickened, I added a tablespoon of starch and cinnamon. I left it for a few more minutes, turned off the heat and let it cool.
For the vanilla cream, I mixed the yolks with the sugar, I added the lemon juice, the pudding powder, the vanilla and the warm milk.
I transferred everything to a pot and simmered, stirring constantly.
When the pudding thickened I put a foil directly on its surface and let it cool very well.
I mixed the mascarpone cream and then gradually added the vanilla pudding.
I filled the sheets, I put a sheet, vanilla cream, the second sheet, strawberry cream, the third sheet and again the vanilla cream. I covered it with the fourth sheet.
I covered the sheets with foil and put them in the fridge.
It will take overnight or a few hours to soften.
I cut on the width of the cake, 4 strips with a width of 7 cm.
I overlapped two strips, putting the strawberry cream between them.
I placed two strips "standing", that is, so that the sheets are vertical. I glued the two rows of strawberry cream sheets again.
I hope I was quite explicit because I was not able to take pictures during the preparation.
For the icing, I melted the chocolate with the butter on a steam bath, and after it cooled down a bit, I put it on top of the cake and decorated it with strawberries.
Have fun !!
