RECIPE PREPARATION Mushrooms with Cheese:
Peel the mushrooms
Break the tails and cut into cubes
Crush the cheese
Place the mushrooms in a pan, pour a little olive oil over them, sprinkle with salt and pepper, add the cheese. Put the tray in the oven.
Very little water can be put in the tray to avoid dehydration of the mushrooms.
When the mushrooms are browned we can add a little cheese.
