If it browns too quickly, you can cover the turkey with aluminum foil. Baking time is 45 minutes-1 hour / kilogram. Onion jam: 500 grams of red onion, 30 gr. butter, 30 ml. oil, 2 tablespoons honey, 60 ml. of balsamic vinegar, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper and rosemary.
